We are happy to announce the release of the new 2012 Abbot’s Table.

If you already pre-ordered this wine, your shipment will be on its way to you soon, as long as the weather permits. Currently, we are delaying the ship date to places with temperatures higher than 80 degrees. These orders will be held in our temperature controlled cellar until cooler weather is back in the forecast.

To order, please visit our BUY WINES page and we will send you some of this delicious red blend. The 2012 Abbot’s Table is available in magnum format (1.5L), which you can also find on the Buy Wines page.

Please keep in mind that we just finished bottling this wine and recommend waiting at least 2 weeks after your wine arrives to open your first bottle…if you can wait that long. (This allows the wine to settle from bottling and from the shipment.)

Many of you have already pre-ordered some bottles of our soon to be released 2012 Abbot’s Table. We wanted to give you a look at the bottling of this red wine. We just finished our staff lunch and paired with our Salad Niçoise, prepared by one of our rotating chefs, was the perfect wines for a warm Spring day out on our picnic table. Our production crew pulled some samples of the 2012 Chardonnays that will eventually be bottled as our Columbia Valley Chardonnay and DuBrul Vineyard Chardonnay. These wines are already tasting delicious right out of the cellar, so we anticipate a couple of crowd pleasers upon release. Keep checking in for more news from the cellar. The release date for these wines is yet to be announced, so stay tuned!
